This summer learn how to cleanse and balance your body using medicinal Ayurveda principles with Josephine Fanelli. Josephine, owner and founder of YogiSTRONG is a NAMA Certified Ayurveda Health Counselor, level three Kundalini Research Institute Yoga Instructor, KRI Aquarian Academy Associate Teacher Trainer, and a RYT-500. She is a current student of Herbalism and a member of the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKYTA), National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA), American Herbalist Guild (AHG), 3HO, and International Association of Yoga Therapist (IAYT).

What is Ayurveda - 

“A medical system from India that has been used for thousands of years. The goal is to cleanse the body and to restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit. It uses diet, herbal medicines, exercise, meditation, breathing, physical therapy, and other methods. It is a type of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) therapy. Also called Ayurvedic medicine.”
