This summer learn how to cleanse and balance your body using medicinal Ayurveda principles with Josephine Fanelli. Josephine, owner and founder of YogiSTRONG is a NAMA Certified Ayurveda Health Counselor, level three Kundalini Research Institute Yoga Instructor, KRI Aquarian Academy Associate Teacher Trainer, and a RYT-500. She is a current student of Herbalism and a member of the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKYTA), National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA), American Herbalist Guild (AHG), 3HO, and International Association of Yoga Therapist (IAYT).

What is Ayurveda -

It uses diet, herbal medicines, exercise, meditation, breathing, physical therapy, and other methods. It is a type of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) therapy. Also called Ayurvedic medicine.”
