Join us for an evening of health and vitality with local cookbook author, Renee Plodzik, APRN. Renee will share some of her favorite recipes from her recently released cookbook, Eat Well Move Often Volume 2 that contains a collection of NEW seasonal recipes incorporating whole foods to nourish and strengthen us. This second cookbook is a supplement to Eat Well Move Often Stay Strong. Renee loves sharing nutrition and wellness practices to help cancer survivors and the community stay strong.
Renee Plodzik, APRN, is a dedicated mom to three fun kiddos, wife, and nurse practitioner who lives in Concord, NH with her family. Her clinical interests are in primary care, and hospice and palliative medicine. She is the energetic founder and unstoppable coach of fit4acause, a donation only fitness and wellness program that raises funds and awareness for cancer survivors. In 2019, Renee received the 40 Under 40 award. Renee enjoys spending time with friends and loved ones, making gift packages for patients, cooking healthy recipes, exercising and leading Fit4acause Outdoor Bootcamp, biking kayaking, and the beach.
